Your guide to Airbnbs in Denver

Did you know that Denver has an ordinance that short term rentals must be part of your primary residence? They also must be licensed by the city and follow rules about safety, zoning, and insurance.

We think this is an important way to keep long-term rentals available for locals! Our Airbnb is on our primary residence's property and we often use it for visiting family, so it is not a unit we could use for a long-term rental.

We love hosting out of town guests for concerts, visiting family, doctor's visits, and those coming to enjoy all Colorado has to offer.
